Performances & Yoga Schedule

My classes include live performances of my original music & combine the technical precision of Hatha Yoga with the subtle dimensions of Kundalini and Mindfulness Meditation. Sexual Kung Fu classes are all about tapping into your primal side and stepping out of the cage, using tantric yoga from Ancient China. They are a comprehensive, life affirming process that explores the healing and transformational aspects of yoga & music. Classes are for all levels. Modifications will be given.

Sundays: Sex Kung Fu at 10:30am pst on Zoom co-facilitated by Will and JP Kingston

Online tantra school: manhoodacademy.podia.com

Join Will and Naomi for their pop-up workshop: “Releasing Shame through Embodied Yogic Practice and Eye Gazing,” a powerful blend of hatha yoga, meditation, and eye-gazing – nude. This practice is to appreciate our bodies as they are without the conditioning we’ve picked up from our parents, our religion, and relationships. Will personally has healed from body dysmorphia and anxiety through naked yoga. Naomi has seen incredible freedom and joy in here eye gazing and tantra workshops in the past. Together they are teaming up to provide a powerful class to reach new joys, to shed old stories of doubt and shame, and to enjoy your body.
