Testicle Breathing

This is the practice I keep coming back to. It's one of the first things Mantak Chia taught me, it's deceptively simple, and it's the foundation everything else in Taoist Esoteric Yoga is built on. Five minutes. No fancy setup. Press play and breathe.
01 How to Practice
- 01Sit comfortably, spine long, somewhere quiet.
- 02Bring awareness gently to the testicles. This isn't sexual — it's energetic.
- 03On the inhale, draw the breath down through the spine into the perineum, then up through the testicles.
- 04On the exhale, release while keeping the awareness anchored.
- 05Five to ten minutes is plenty to feel the shift. Daily beats long.
