In yoga, your body is the temple, it’s the God/Goddess and it’s the worshipper. So many times we are trying to ignore our bodies, transcend them, or numb them. Why naked yoga?
As teachers we are always looking to create safe environments for optimum growth and healing.
Will has personally healed from body dysmorphia and anxiety through naked yoga like you will experience during the retreat. He’s seen incredible freedom and joy in his previous courses and naked yoga workshops in the past. Will’s intention is to provide a powerful retreat to learn tools and techniques to reach new joys, to shed old stories of doubt and shame, and to enjoy your body.
Shedding ideas, labels, beliefs of who we are, along with our clothes, is one of the most powerful and rewarding experiences. Removing shame and guilt from our body opens huge doors to what we think our limits of happiness, success and love can be.
This wonderful retreat will explore self-healing yogic techniques and meditation practices that awaken the consciousness and the rejuvenating potential of the individual. With daily practice of powerful Yoga Kriyas, Meditations, Mantras, and Pranayama (breathwork), the emphasis is on opening the heart and awakening the consciousness within.

With daily practice of powerful Yoga Kriyas, Meditations, Mantras, and Pranayama (breathwork), the emphasis is on opening the heart and awakening the consciousness within. Including many practical teachings and tips for living a wholesome, healthy, and happy lifestyle in this new Age of Aquarius, this retreat is beneficial for both beginners and advanced students of meditation and yoga. Optional early-morning Sadhana practice will also be offered.
This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself into the transformative yogic lifestyle. These retreats have indeed become life-changing events for many participants. Please consider taking the time this fall to renew your spirit, rejuvenate your mind and body, and create a sacred group consciousness with like-minded yogis in the peaceful and natural setting of the Sweetwater BnB. Includes outdoor meditations and farm yoga with the friendly Sweetwater farm donkeys. Led by Will Blunderfield / Tej Randhir, who possesses multiple Yoga Alliance Teacher Training Certifications, and who has taught yoga globally for over 11 years. An award-winning mantra music artist, Blunderfield’s classes and retreats include beautiful Kirtan (group sharing of uplifting mantras). This is not a silent retreat * Teachings / Yoga / Breath-work / Meditation / Mantra chanting / healthy food from the farm * It is suggested you bring yoga mats or a sheepskin to practice on. *This retreat is clothing optional, participants may choose to wear as much or as little clothing as they wish! * This retreat is drug/alcohol free. We will be using yoga and breathwork to get high on our own supply!
INCLUSIONS: Included in this live-out retreat is all fully guided and supported workshops and content (yoga classes, meditation, lectures) along with room and board at the beautiful Sweetwater Lane BnB in Pemberton, BC (https://sweetwaterlanefarm.com/). Light lunches and snacks will be provided direct from the organic Sweetwater Lane Farm. We ask that each prticipant bring two meals and two snacks to share amongst 9 particiapnts, potluck style. It will be a great way to bond by preparing the food together, potluck style. For the integrity of the container and the depth of your experience, space is limited.
